Did not deliver entire order
On 5/21/24 I ordered (via Internet) one gallon LUBRIPLATE PURE FLUSH for $78.89.
(this was part of a larger order)
I received a quart, not a gallon, of the LUBRIPLATE PURE FLUSH
On 5/29/24 I filed a complaint with the company asking for the other three quarts.
Since 5/29/24 I have been in repeated Email communication with the company. They keep promising to send the three quarts but as of this date (7/22/24) they have not arrived.

I have not received my order in 2 1/2 months
This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. The customer service phone number is out of service, they won't respond to your emails and I am mortified.
When I placed this order, they stated the product was in stock and took my payment. It's 2 1/2 months later and I still haven't received my order. All I want now is a refund and I can't reach anyone in the entire company. What is really going on?
Is this a sham company? Did I expose my credit card information to a scam?

Terrible customer service
I placed an order 2 1-2 months ago and I still havent received my. This by far is the worse company and customer service I have ever done business with.
I can speak to anyone, the customer service phone number does not work and I keep getting the run around Jermaine Alquiza, who randomly sends me emails stating the next delivery date. This horrific service and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on this company.

SHYSTERS IS WHAT THEY ARE
Ordered some oil by mistake. (wrong type) Cancelled order IMMEDIATELY.
Two weeks later, we get a notice: "Your order is being shipped". Took 3 weeks to get an RMA.
Sent the item back, finally, but weeks later, NO REFUND. These guys are scammers.

Poor customer service and deceptive sales image.
Ordered what looked like a CGA 555 nut and nipple for my propane tank. The fine print read CGA 555 nipple only while the photo clearly shows nut and nipple.
I asked them to sell me a CGA 555 nut and not charge additional shipping but got no response. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I order from Factory Supply Outlet.

Stop others from ordering from this company
I placed an order over a year ago. I have not received anything except the same email every month apologizing for the delay.
I have tried to call but was told to contact them by email. I replied to the emails they sent but no reply. I tried contacting them through the website but still no reply. They will take your money then totally ignore you.
They need to be prosecuted. How can this be legal?

My order was damaged during shipping and returned to the sender
I would not order through this company. I've been waiting 4 months for my product.
I got one five gallon primary motorcycle oil and the other was damaged during shipping return to the shipper and I never got my product. I would not order anything from factory supply ever again do not use this company

Never received product
ShopOrdered 3 months ago and keep getting different ship dates and product never shows up. Ive asked for a refund multiple times and never got one.
DO NOT BUY FROM! They take your money and never ship you anything!

Do not purchase anything from factory supply outlet. Ordered product two months ago and Ive never received product.
I have requested a refund by phone by email by text by replying to their emails and never a response. This is a black hole.

Got ripped off by this company
Ordered paint from Factory Supply Outlet in Aug 2022. As of today (3/17/23) still have not received product but credit card was charged immediately upon ordering back in August.
They also will ONLY communicate through emails and live chats but the live chats get shut down when they don't want to answer questions anymore. This website is a scam and everyone associated with it (owner and employees alike) are bad actors.
